Commencement Celebrations and Festivities
St. Edward’s is excited to honor the achievements of our Undergraduate and Graduate degree recipients with Commencement ceremonies and festivities.
Commencement festivities include GradFest, Baccalaureate Mass, Commencement ceremonies held in the Recreation and Athletics Center (RAC) and livestreamed from Jones and Carter Auditoriums. The Legacy Walk follows each ceremony.
Grad Fest

Spring 2025 Commencement
Saturday, May 10, 2025, in the Recreation and Athletic Center (RAC); 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
We are pleased to announce the following ceremony times/schools:
10AM Ceremony: The School of Behavioral & Social Sciences (Undergraduate program), The Bill Munday School of Business (Graduate Program), the School of Arts & Humanities, and the School of Health Sciences (Undergraduate Programs)
3PM Ceremony: The School of Behavioral & Social Sciences (Graduate program), The Bill Munday School of Business (Undergrad program), and The School of Natural Sciences.
Please note: All students will be allocated (5) tickets each for guests to sit inside the RAC. Guests who do not have tickets are welcome to watch the livestream viewing that will take place in the Jones Auditorium in the Ragsdale Center and Carter Auditorium in the John Brooks Williams Natural Sciences Center on a first come, first served basis.
The date for graduates to retrieve tickets will be shared in the upcoming weeks.
Translation Devices: We are pleased to share that we will be offering the usage of translator devices to ensure that all families are able to enjoy the commencement ceremony. If you have a guest that will need a device, please click on the link provided to reserve a translation receiver. Please note that a driver's license must be presented on commencement day to obtain the device. The driver's license will be returned to the individual in exchange for turning in the translator device.
ADA Seating: To ensure a comfortable and accessible friendly experience for those who will be utilizing wheelchairs and walkers; or, those who are unable to utilize the stairs, please complete the form as this will serve as your official ADA seating registration.
*Only (1) attendant may be seated with the individual to provide support as the ADA section cannot accommodate entire families.
