St. Edward’s Prepares Austin’s Future Talent
On our campus, the Office of Career and Professional Development helps prepare students to enter Austin's dynamic workforce. We strive to provide our employer partners with the highest level of recruiting services so you can successfully hire our students and alumni to meet your talent needs.
Hire a Hilltopper
Handshake, the official job platform of St. Edward’s University, is your best way to recruit current students and alumni. Through this tool, employers can customize their company profile to post current job openings for internships, part-time jobs and entry-level positions.
Opportunities to Engage with Students
Recruiting at St. Edward's exposes companies to a diverse population of approximately 3,000 students enrolled in more than 50 undergraduate, seven master’s degree programs and a doctorate program. There are several on-campus recruitment opportunities to find and hire the Hilltopper you need.
Host a group of students at your company to provide a behind-the-scenes look at your operations. We host a select number of these opportunities for organizations ready to hire students and new grads.
Visit campus and directly recruit students at upcoming fairs. More than 200 students and alumni attend seeking job opportunities.
Gain exclusive exposure to students in a prime location on our campus to meet and network with them between classes. Host an informal session where a small group of students can learn about your company and industry trends.
Lead a hands-on workshop to teach valuable skills relevant to your industry and gain direct exposure to our students.
